STEVE FEVER FOUNDATION HOSTS THIRD ANNUAL VEGAS-THEMED FUNDRAISER TO SUPPORT FAMILIES LIVING WITH ALS

Get ready to go all in for a cause that truly matters. On May 9, 2025, the Stevie Fever Foundation will host its third annual fundraising event at The Parkdale Hall in Toronto. This year’s event brings the energy of Las Vegas to life with classic casino games, Vegas-style entertainment, and a club-style dance floor with an energetic DJ—all in support of families affected by ALS and in honour of Steve Daly.
The Stevie Fever For ALS Foundation was founded in 2022 by Steve Daly’s family after he lost his courageous nine-month battle with ALS at the age of 50. A man who believed in bold expressions of joy, Steve’s legacy lives on through this unforgettable event, which combines his love for fun, music, and community with a mission to provide direct support to ALS families in need.
“Steve would have loved this,” said Trish Bentley, founder of the Stevie Fever Foundation and Steve’s sister-in-law. “He had an energy that was contagious, and this event reflects exactly that—bringing people together, celebrating life, and making a tangible difference in the lives of those navigating this disease.”
A VEGAS NIGHT TO REMEMBER
Guests will be welcomed in true Vegas style with showgirls, a red-carpet experience, and a performance by a celebrity impersonator. The event will feature classic casino games such as Poker, Craps, War, and Roulette, along with plush lounge areas and LED-lit tables. As the night progresses, guests can trade in their winnings for raffle tickets to win incredible prizes, including luxury getaways and exclusive experiences.
FOOD, DRINKS, AND ENTERTAINMENT
In addition to unlimited popcorn and various finger foods, guests will have the option to purchase classic Vegas-style snacks, including hotdogs and nachos to enjoy throughout the night. A live DJ will keep the party going late into the night, turning up the energy once the casino tables close.
SUPPORTING ALS FAMILIES—THE STEVE DALY COMPASSIONATE CARE GRANT
Every dollar raised from this event will go directly to the Steve Daly Compassionate Care Grant, which provides meaningful support to families impacted by ALS. From bucket list experiences to essential medical equipment, caregiving assistance, and creating more time together, this grant helps where traditional support falls short.
Steve believed in finding joy even in the hardest moments, and the Stevie Fever Foundation carries that spirit forward, turning something devastating into something meaningful.
